Photos and Wall Decorations

The preview photo does not look in high resolution, will my print be in high resolution?
- That is correct. The photos on the website are in a lower resolution to prevent making our website very slow. The photos will be in high resolution when they are printed.

I want to order a photo from your website which is not in the shop. Is this possible?
- Yes, most pictures are available for wall decorations. Please let us know what is your favourite photo and we will add it to the shop as soon as possible.

Can I order a photo digitally?
- Yes, of course you can! Contact us for the possibilities. The price of a digital photo will depend on the intended use of the photo.
Why can I only choose from three sizes?
- We haven chosen the following three sizes (30 x 20 cm, 60 x 40 cm or 90 x 60 cm) because these are the best ratios for the photos to see them at their full potential

Why is the language Dutch while ordering?
- We work with a printing company which offers the plug-in for our shop. Unfortunately it is currently only available in Dutch. They are working on an English version. If you have any problems ordering due to the language please let us know and we will help you out! We also explained the steps on the page 'How Does It Work?'
What are the available countries for shipping?
- Available countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America.
Why are there no more countries?
- We work with a printing company which offers the plug-in for our shop. They need to import the address format of a specific country before it is possible to order from that country. They keep adding other countries to the plug-in. Please let us know to what country you want to ship to and we will add it or find another solution.
